Scope of Services: ECCODRIVE provides operational efficiency and sustainability advisory services as defined in each engagement agreement. Services are tailored to client needs and documented in a formal Statement of Work (SOW).

Client Responsibilities: Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely access to relevant personnel and data, and a cooperative environment necessary for successful engagement delivery.

Payment Terms: Fees are outlined in the applicable SOW or proposal. Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.

Intellectual Property: All deliverables produced by ECCODRIVE remain the intellectual property of ECCODRIVE until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client. ECCODRIVE retains the right to use anonymized methodologies and frameworks.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.

Limitation of Liability: ECCODRIVE's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination: Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Fees for work completed prior to termination remain due and payable.
